March '09 minutes(not ratified until May meeting

MINUTES OF MEETING
TUESDAY 24TH MARCH

1. PRESENT: John, Pat, Gill, Linda, Barbara, Sally
2. APOLOGIES: Gabbi Lees
3. MINUTES OF FEB MEETING: were read and agreed
4. MATTERS ARISING: We discussed the design of a leaflet to advertise the group and to attract interest from local groups. It should include our achievements and list of dates of meetings for the year.
John to design and bring to the next meeting.
We could also advertise the group in the churches parish magazines.
5. DATE OF NEXT MEETING: TUES 7TH APRIL (extra) to follow Alton Parish Council meeting with notes on Barry Mycock update ref: action for the towers.`hopefully with more coccerned residents' present.
