MINUTES OF INFORMAL PRE AGM MEETING
TUESDAY 24TH FEBRUARY

1. PRESENT: John Moorhouse, Pat Riesco, Gill Morrison, Dave Scrivens, Linda Godwin
2. APOLOGIES: Gabby Lees
3. MINUTES OF JAN MEETING: were read and agreed
4. MATTERS ARISING: Dave phoned SMDC who will contact Stella Heritage re funding for coaches for OAP events.
Gill stated we still need to contact village groups about the rural regeneration group and also leaflet the village about our achievements and dates of meetings. We agreed to look at this at the March meeting.
